The name says it all...

This is one of the coolest photos I've seen. I spotted this on 1x.com and the photographer (Tom Eikrem) captured an amazing shot. The tones of this photo are perfect and I couldn't imagine this shot having the same effect any differently. It's kind of eerie.... reminds me of the Titanic pictures from the bottom of the ocean or something. Love it, nice work!

Gabby's Photo Session - Portrait of a Future Star

Gabby's session was captured in the living room of their family home in Amelia. The session was shot with my Canon 1D MkII and two hot shoe flashes on remote with a Bolero collapsible 5'X7' background. The main flash was used in my Westcott 28" Apollo soft box or a 60" shoot-thru umbrella and the second was used on the background to provide some nice separation. Gabby is a pro in front of the camera already at a young age and needed little direction. She's performing in the off Broadway rendition of "The Nutcracker" for the Holidays, while juggling several other activities with dance... Mom and Dad stay very busy! The session was a breeze and took about 90 minutes with some time for equipment setup. Check out the final results on my website. With  her dedication and focus at a young age and support of her wonderful parents you're bound to see her name in lights! Thanks and best wishes.
